Cardone Training Technologies seeks a full-cycle recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for assigned requisitions, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer support, and close. Based onsite in Aventura, FL, you will track recruiting KPIs, maintain ATS records, and present only top-tier talent to hiring teams while partnering with HR and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with proactive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates using direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, and competitor research.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across requisitions.
• Screen and vet candidates to submit true top talent to hiring managers.
• Own full-cycle recruiting activities including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and close.
• Act as a professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, pipeline, and source of hire.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
• Represent CTTI brand and culture through professionalism in all candidate interactions.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to refine role scorecards and sourcing strategy.

This full-cycle recruiting opportunity supports Cardone Training Technologies (CTTI), a 100% onsite organization in Aventura, FL, as it continues to scale. The role focuses on proactive sourcing and disciplined candidate evaluation, owning recruiting outcomes from intake through close while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers.

Role Overview

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for assigned requisitions, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate close. You will track recruiting KPIs and maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring only qualified “A” player talent is presented to hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates using direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, and competitor research, rather than relying on inbound ATS applicant flow
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across assigned requisitions
• Screen and vet candidates rigorously, using strong judgment to submit true “A” players to hiring managers
• Own full-cycle recruiting activities including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and close
• Act as a professional point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Track and report recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline volume, and source of hire while holding accountability to targets
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Represent CTTI brand and culture through impeccable professionalism in every candidate interaction
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to refine role scorecards and sourcing strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in proactive/direct sourcing (not limited to ATS or job-board reliance)
• Proven track record of identifying and closing “A” player talent
• Strong discernment and judgment in candidate evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and metrics-driven performance
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with rapid scaling
• Ability to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (no exceptions)

Compensation

• Base salary: USD 65,000–72,000 per year
• Performance bonus: Tiered performance bonus tied to new-hire retention milestones (30/90/180 days)
• Total earning potential: up to USD 1,600 per successful hire
