Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to oversee full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume roles. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and onboard in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, support temporary staff conversions, and help execute recruiting initiatives and events. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are required, healthcare hiring is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent.
• Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume roles from intake to onboarding.
• Coordinate temporary-to-regular conversions, internal transfers, and staffing support.
• Draft and post job advertisements and support hiring events.
• Partner with managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean search.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.
