ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to connect candidates with opportunities in the Tallahassee area. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to align talent with client needs.

Source candidates via postings, social channels, referrals, and events; maintain ATS data; and support outreach activities, including job fairs. A high school diploma is required; a degree is a plus. Compensation details are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Experience using ATS or recruitment databases preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the ATS and uphold data quality.
