Garten Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting within our Human Resources team in Salem, Oregon.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, source candidates, screen, interview coordination, and extend offers while ensuring SLA adherence and a positive candidate experience. This role also focuses on process improvement, data reporting, and compliance, including posting roles in Paycom, coordinating interviews, and driving

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or HR experience with full-cycle hiring responsibilities.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS and Paycom for recruitment workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional candidate interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offers.
• Post roles in Paycom and approved channels; build candidate pipelines.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and provide recaps to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and enforce SLAs with hiring managers.
• Manage pre-employment steps including background checks and fingerprinting where required.
• Generate weekly hiring metrics and report time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
