Garten Services, Inc. in Salem, Oregon seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensure a strong candidate experience, and uphold SLAs with hiring managers.

You will manage intake, posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment steps in Paycom, coordinate interviews, and drive efficiency and compliance across workforce planning and Day 1 readiness.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or HR experience with full-cycle hiring responsibility.
• Working knowledge of recruitment workflows, structured interviewing, and compliance-related hiring.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS system; ability to administer recruitment workflows in Paycom.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional candidate and manager interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end.
• Post roles in Paycom and approved channels; build pipelines.
• Screen applications and conduct structured phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and enforce SLAs.
• Prepare offers and manage pre-employment steps.
• Coordinate onboarding and Day 1 readiness.
• Maintain weekly hiring tracker and report on key metrics.
