This hands-on role partners with managers to define job requirements, design interview guides, conduct phone interviews, schedule on-site interviews, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1-3 years of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, tact, and courtesy with patrons, donors, and staff.
• Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work with all levels in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment for open positions.
• Review resumes and determine applicant suitability based on job requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate on-site interviews.
• Track candidate status in HRIS and send follow-up letters at end of process.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
