Nextlink, a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based ISP providing high-speed internet and voice services across multiple states, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create compelling postings, source candidates, and drive onboarding for new hires.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting efficiency, with collaboration across HR, IT, payroll, facilities, and department leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; high school diploma or GED is minimum.
• Experience in recruiting, customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or similar roles is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive recruiting.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Extend offers and ensure onboarding documentation and processes are completed.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
