• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using ATS throughout recruiting lifecycles and talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Builds diverse candidate pipelines using aggressive, data-backed sourcing.
• Pre-screens, reviews resumes, and presents recommendations for fit.
• Maintains up-to-date applicant tracking and status changes throughout the process.
• Identifies new channels and pools for talent within client organizations and communities.
• Supports diversity recruiting initiatives and acts as a brand ambassador for Randstad.
