Job summary

Pariveda is seeking an experienced Technical Corporate Recruiter in Dallas to support its Global Talent Acquisition Team with full life cycle recruiting for technical roles. This onsite role requires building relationships with passive and active candidates, engaging with local stakeholders, and contributing to campus recruiting efforts.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and search engines to create an active pipeline, analyze recruiting data, and share insights with executives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience recruiting technical talent.
• Agency recruiting or local market experience for a professional services firm.
• Strong internet savvy and use of LinkedIn Recruiter and search engines for sourcing.
• Ability to build an active pipeline of quality technical talent.
• Ability to understand Pariveda’s purpose and communicate it to candidates.
• Curiosity and initiative to learn and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting in a quality-first environment.
• Attract passive and active technical candidates by building relationships and promoting Pariveda.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop competitive recruiting strategies and a talent pipeline.
• Participate in campus recruiting activities including career fairs and presentations.
• Use recruiting tools, advanced sourcing, and social media for talent identification and engagement.
• Contribute to long-term growth by developing intellectual capital and training others.
• Advise with local Pariveda executives and clients.
• Collect and analyze data to improve outcomes and adapt to needs.
• Develop recruiting skills through collaboration with other recruiters.
• Drive personal development with feedback and mentor guidance.
