Job summary

The Part time Talent Acquisition Coordinator at UCP of Central Arizona will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across programs and departments, serving as the primary sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding resource. This role partners with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently while upholding candidate experience and compliance.

Responsibilities include posting ads, managing ATS/HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred), coordinating interviews, extending offers, and tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Associate's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit fields is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel for reporting and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws related to hiring.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS is a plus; HR certification is optional.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Create, post, and maintain job adverts on multiple platforms.
• Manage external recruitment platforms (Indeed, etc.).
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communications.
• Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters with supervision.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, vacancy status, sourcing effectiveness).
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Support onboarding coordination and workforce planning initiatives.
