Job summary

Qualifications

1-3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates using job boards, professional networks, and an ATS.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, run advertising campaigns, and guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and candidate sourcing.
Source, screen, and interview applicants, verifying all necessary credentials, education, and experience before presenting qualified candidates.
Monitor recruitment trends, research labor market conditions, and collaborate with HR partners or staffing agencies to resolve hiring challenges and optimize strategies.
