Kids for the Future in Enid, OK seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles. You will review applications, conduct first-round interviews, partner with hiring managers, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), at least two years in recruitment, and knowledge of employment laws. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/onboarding systems is desired.

• Conduct first-round interviews and assess fit with role.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with managers and teams during recruitment.
• Maintain professional candidate experience and compliance with laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and high professionalism.
• Manage multiple requisitions with strong organization.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS/onboarding systems.
• Understand co-occurring disorders as part of service context.

Responsabilités
