Kapco Metal Stamping in Grafton, WI, seeks a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner with management, manage postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

You will drive candidate experience, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and support onboarding with hiring managers. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional environment, experience working as a recruiter required.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong organization skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Internal Management team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the organization.
• Utilize tools and resources from the web-based applicant tracking system to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Continuously source candidates and cultivate talent pipelines for niche skillsets via sourcing, outreach, local networking and social media.
• Perform full life-cycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and onboarding follow-up.
• Attend and participate in networking activities outside the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company well in the marketplace.
• Ensure all recruiting processes comply with state and federal laws.
• Manage orientation and onboarding for all new hires.
• Assist hiring managers with onboarding and training plans as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
