Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals with broad networks.
• Knowledge of employment laws, diversity and inclusion, and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliant interview processes.
