Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, technical, and support roles. You will implement sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present offers with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and agencies to meet staffing needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of combined Talent Acquisition and recruiting experience.
• Proficient experience with iCIMS or other ATS.
• Proficient sourcing capability with multiple sourcing methods and tools.
• Proficient Hiring Manager and Candidate relationship management skills.
• Proficient knowledge with Full-Cycle Recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding.
• Candidate-first approach.
• Creative problem solving and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software.
• Proficient knowledge of corporate recruiting best practices.
• Proficient skills related to Priority Management.

Responsibilities

• Follows appropriate corporate recruiting practices for exempt and non-exempt openings, including drafting job postings, working with staffing services, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, administering assessments, background checks, offers.
• Partners with hiring managers and staffing agencies to maintain headcount and staffing needs.
• Manages internal transfer process including screening, interview coordination, and transfer letters.
• Presents offers with compensation, benefits, and non-competition information.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and Affirmative Action.
• Maintains recruitment documentation per policy.
• Partners with team weekly to deliver recruitment reports.
• Builds partnerships with colleges, community organizations, military/veteran groups to create a diverse talent pipeline.
• Identifies and develops process changes across recruitment areas.
• Provides back-up HR support as required.
• Travels locally and regionally 5-10%.
