Pancoast Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions with emphasis on career laddering, employee relations, and performance management.

You will partner with leadership to implement talent development initiatives and manage the performance process. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of HR best practices, and proficiency with HRIS and ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong background in career laddering, employee development, employee relations, and performance management.
• Moderate experience in full-cycle recruiting and benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leadership to develop career laddering and employee development initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, corrective action, and PIP.
• Support managers in workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
• Coordinate and assist with recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Assist with administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, communications, and liaison with providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support business decisions.

Responsibilities to include:

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement career laddering and employee development initiatives that support retention and internal promotion.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
• Support managers in workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
• Coordinate and assist with recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist with administering of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, employee communications, and liaison with benefit providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
