Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function.
• Experience with ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and protect confidential employee records and HR data.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance.
