Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and provide TA administrative support. The role emphasizes accountability, timely delivery, and service excellence in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a $65,000 annual salary.

The position partners with TAPs, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Pre-Onboarding Team to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., UKG, Taleo, ICIMS).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drives full-cycle recruiting for assigned programs, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Proactively sources, screens, and engages qualified candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and community partnerships.
• Collaborates with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and interview plans.
• Maintains consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring teams to keep processes moving.
• Prepares, extends, and documents job offers within 24 hours of approval.
• Represents Catholic Charities professionally at job fairs and community events.
• Contributes to employer branding and engagement initiatives.
