Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) in Baltimore for a hybrid schedule. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with managers, and build a strong talent pipeline across subsidiaries.

The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with leaders to understand staffing needs, post ads, and maintain compliant recruiting practices while leveraging ATS/HRIS systems and UKG/UltiPro.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS/HRMS and recruiting technologies; UKG/UltiPro experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages, and is responsible for, full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Responsible for providing full cycle recruiting for assigned subsidiaries. In conjunction with Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting & Retention Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting across all subsidiaries. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS/HRMS platforms, and recruiting technologies; UKG/UltiPro experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
