Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting cycle for critical roles and advise Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies aligned with industry trends to meet high-priority needs.
• Source potential candidates via online portals, career sites, social media, events, and external recruiters.
• Develop job descriptions, qualifications, evaluate applications, and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, assist with offers and negotiations.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates and current employees and nurture relationships.
• Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a welcoming start.
• Process onboarding/offboarding paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain candidate records and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Recruit students via job boards, fairs, and referrals; support Summer Internship Program.
• Design, implement, and update HR programs and processes.
