• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with construction/AE&C focus preferred.
• Understanding of construction project delivery methods (CM, GC) and field org structures.
• Hands-on ATS administration, reporting, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for construction operations and preconstruction roles across multiple offices.
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to plan headcount and strategy for hard-to-fill roles.
• Source through industry events, partnerships, and non-obvious channels to build a strong candidate slate.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against project delivery requirements.
