Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Hands-on ATS administration experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across regions
• Strong judgment on prioritizing hiring with tight project timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for construction operations roles across multiple JRM offices
• Partner with Project Executives, Operations leadership, and regional hiring managers to discuss headcount and hiring strategy
• Source candidates through industry events, partnerships, and non-obvious channels
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video screens evaluating construction background
• Build and maintain a pipeline of engaged field and preconstruction talent
• Use recruiting metrics to identify process improvements
• Organize industry conferences and university partnerships to build pipeline
• Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques
• Own ATS workflow, data integrity, and reporting
• Advise leadership on compensation benchmarking for field talent
