You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to deliver timely hiring outcomes.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, pipeline management, and collaboration with HR to support 4over’s growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+years of recruiting or full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales positions and other corporate functions.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles and other core business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
