Pacific Security is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Olympia, WA. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training to attract a diverse pool of skilled applicants.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure a smooth hiring process and regulatory compliance. The position involves managing licensing, fingerprinting, and training requirements, as well as travel within the division's region to support recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Experience as a full-cycle recruiter preferred.
• Authorized driver status, drug test, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the recruitment strategy for the division.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment process incl. post ads, screen, interview, offers.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding for division staff.
• Onboard and train new hires and ensure licensing/training requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain site-specific badging, immunization records, and certificates.
• Travel to regions within the division's area as needed.
