PeopleReady in Lacey, WA is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager in daily operations and sales generation. You will recruit, onboard, and place associates, ensuring a great match for assignments while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will manage orders, payroll, and associate relations, visit job sites when needed, and help drive branch performance while upholding safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and place associates to match assignments.
• Take inbound orders and enter them into the system.
• Process payroll for associates timely and accurately.
• Respond to admin and third-party requests, including unemployment claims.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with screenings.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates.
• May drive a vehicle to transport associates to work sites.
