Job summary

Pacific Security in Olympia, WA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead division-level recruitment, onboarding, and Security Officer training. The role partners with the Operations Manager and HR to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, coordinate new hire orientations, and oversee licensing and training requirements for security personnel in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Experience as a full-cycle recruiter or trainer preferred.
• At least 1 year in administrative or customer service fields.
• Authorized driver, pass a drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the recruitment strategy for the division.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment including interviews.
• Conduct new hire orientations and processing paperwork.
• Onboard and train new hires and ensure licensing/training compliance.
• Manage site-specific badging, immunizations, and certifications.
• Maintain active guard licenses and renewal notices.
• Represent the company at events and job fairs.
• Travel within the division's geographic area as needed.
• Provide support for recruitment team and other duties.
