Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and requisitions - ADP preferred.
• Experience with online job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Handshake, and Glassdoor.
• Experience working primarily over the phone, making a high volume of calls (up to 75% of the day).

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations and positions.
• Define hiring processes with leads and managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to place qualified candidates.
