Pacific Security is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and Security Officer training for the Olympia area. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and recruitment team to streamline hiring for a diverse candidate pool.

Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategy, screening and interviewing, onboarding, licensing, and training, while ensuring compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• College degree preferred or HR background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the recruitment strategy for the division.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment: post ads, screen, interview, and present offers.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure paperwork is complete.
