Emler Swim School is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and deliver a superior candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing while using data to optimize strategies and outcomes. This role involves some travel between offices, campuses, and events to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines while staying adaptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Able to work independently and show sound judgment.
• Analytical mindset using data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for non-exempt roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and workforce challenges.
• Source candidates via online platforms, networking, referrals, and campus outreach.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Maintain relationships with managers, candidates, and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate interviews and provide information for effective evaluations.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support offers, onboarding, references, and pre-employment checks.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve effectiveness and decision-making.
• Ensure ATS data, workflows, and postings stay current across platforms.
