Responsibilities

• Identify and hire candidates for current and prospective openings across a branch.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for a multi-site organization.
• Partner with Corporate to forecast staffing plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units.
• Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate assessment.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and HR.
• Track and report staffing metrics to predict activity.
• Coordinate timely recruitment with managers and candidates.
• Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and execute search strategies and vendor selection.
• Fill job orders in a timely manner.
