Job summary

Automation Displays is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple states and company locations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the selection process from initial contact through hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through diverse channels, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding, and maintaining compliant recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple states or locations.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, or industrial recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple states and company locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and candidate qualifications.
• Develop and maintain job postings and recruiting strategies for manufacturing, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, schools, community partnerships, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and transition of new hires into the onboarding process.
