Job summary

Learning Care seeks a recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions. You will source and build strong candidate pipelines, partner with schools on hiring best practices, and deliver a humane, candidate-centric experience for both applicants and hiring leaders.

The role focuses on high-priority openings with accountability for hiring outcomes and turnover, offering a base salary and robust benefits package. Remote-friendly in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR, or WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role
• Experience managing high-priority volume openings and urgent requests

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle talent acquisition process for designated regions
• Source and build meaningful candidate pipelines and partnerships with schools
• Collaborate with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and share market intelligence
• Drive requisitions forward with urgency while maintaining quality
• Maintain strong process discipline across ATS, job boards, and workflows
