Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds in California's Central Valley seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.

The role requires prescreening, interviewing, and presenting offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will coordinate communication and progress with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to present recruiting concepts and strategies to leadership and technical teams.
• Mathematical skills including ratios and percentages.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Strong reasoning, adaptability, and judgement.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a network to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Sources candidates using online resources and internal referrals.
• Creates and updates job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Reviews resumes and credentials for fit with role requirements.
• Prescreens candidates and coordinates with hiring managers for next steps.
• Conducts phone screenings to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Prepares candidates for interviews with information on role and process.
• Manages communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Interviews candidates with behavioral-based methodologies.
• Documents post-interview feedback with teams and candidates.
• Extends offers within compensation policy guidance.
• Manages all lifecycle recruiting activities including offers and negotiations.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with policies.
