Job summary

Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds in California's Central Valley seeks a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent for production and corporate teams. You will prescreen, interview, coordinate, and extend offers, ensuring compliance with GMPs and company policies.

A BS in HR or related field and 2–3 years’ recruiting experience are required, along with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• B.S. in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a network to identify qualified candidates.
• Prescreens and conducts phone screenings.
• Interviews candidates and coordinates feedback with hiring managers.
• Extends offers within compensation policy and policy guidelines.
• Maintains compliant documentation of candidates and searches.
