Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team at the Somerset, New Jersey site.

The Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing and corporate operations, building a strong candidate pipeline and coordinating onboarding. This role reports to the Director, Human Resources and focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaboration with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or related industries.
• Experience using ATS such as SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse hiring.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and I-9/E-Verify requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruit effectively.
• Generate recruiting metrics and provide reporting to improve time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
