Job summary

Leonardo DRS in Germantown, MD is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner to lead proactive sourcing and build pipelines for critical roles in defense technology. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract specialized talent and drive successful hires.

You will engage passive candidates, manage relationships across multiple requisitions, and represent the company at career fairs and industry events to strengthen our employment brand.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent-sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, talent communities, and creative sourcing methods.
• Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, campus recruiting, or community outreach initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, and other legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Build pipelines of passive candidates with regular contact and convert relationships into future hires.
• Use a broad range of sourcing channels—including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, associations, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Develop customized sourcing strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business requirements into effective talent-acquisition plans.
• Represent RADA at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to strengthen the employer brand.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake discussions to offers.
