Job summary

Commure is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support growth across Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will drive standardized, efficient, and metrics-driven recruiting processes, partnering with leaders to attract world-class talent and shape talent strategy.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Mountain View or Los Angeles offices. You will help create interview plans, manage multiple requisitions, and build strong candidate pipelines while maintaining data hygiene and strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Success in scaling a high-growth tech company.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent in Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Design interview plans with hiring teams to capture signals for hiring top talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure data accuracy.
