Mayfair Management Group, LP is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our multi-site team in Dallas, TX. You will engage with prospective residents, present community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process from tour to move-in.

In this client-facing role, you’ll collaborate with property managers, maintain accurate records, qualify applicants, and help drive occupancy through strong sales skills. We offer comprehensive training and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Up to date with property market status.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Persuasive marketing and sales skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information; inputs into computer.
• Generate a high volume of leasing deals by identifying new prospects.
• Accompany residents to models and discuss apartment features and layouts.
• Qualify prospective residents; verify applications, credit information and qualifications.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paperwork.
• Collect rental payments and application fees from residents.
• Promote a positive and proactive approach to resident relations and service.
• Walk and inspect vacancies daily; confirm make-ready status.
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events.
• Maintain knowledge of the marketplace through regular competitive visits.
