Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead for a hybrid role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will guide the recruiting team, ensure high-quality service, and manage client relationships to meet project KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, risk mitigation, and active participation in project reviews and reporting. A strong background in full lifecycle recruiting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience; degree preferred.
• Must reside near the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Minimum of five years in recruiting with experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of the client’s business, objectives and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities and ensure deliverables meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Anticipate risks and take proactive actions to keep projects on track.
• Establish and maintain trust with client stakeholders and manage communications.
