Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and other talent channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates and make hiring recommendations.
