Job summary

System One Clinical & Science is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for an onsite contract role in Golden Valley, MN. You will manage a full lifecycle desk, partnering with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners across North America.

Your responsibilities include proactive candidate research, creative sourcing, and driving diversity in recruitment while delivering a top-notch candidate experience and staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, with 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships in corporate or search environments.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, and Data Science/Technical recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems for sourcing and tracking candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, proactive mindset.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research and sourcing, talent pipelining and on-going partnership with our hiring leaders and HR Business Partners. Reporting to the Manager of Experienced recruitment, you will manage a full life-cycle recruiting desk, supporting various functions and business segments in North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research and sourcing, talent pipelining, and ongoing partnerships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for tough-to-fill roles and locations.
• Establish and implement recruitment plans in partnership with HR and hiring leaders, including employer promotion and diversity sourcing.
• Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Stay current on business and recruiting trends, shifts in talent pools, compensation, and relevant market conditions.
• Foster continuous improvement practices in sourcing and recruitment approaches.
• Develop diversity and inclusion strategies aligned with business goals.
• Participate in community events such as hackathons, meetups, and conferences, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Manage a full recruitment desk supporting ongoing hiring needs across various functions and segments within North America.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate or search firm environments, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
• Past experience in Supply Chain (Corporate & Field), Sales/Marketing, and Data Science/Technical Recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, networking, and attracting diverse skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Strong client service skills, positive and proactive attitude, professionalism, and perseverance.
• Credible influence and sound judgment skills.
• Detailed orientation with excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. – General Mills will not sponsor visas.
