Job summary

ND Paper, based in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Contract Recruiter (6 months) to support full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while building pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
• Working knowledge of human resources disciplines including employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for all assigned requisitions.
• Plan and participate in on-site job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR personnel and executives to determine staffing strategy.
• Oversee and conduct candidate interviews with the TA team and hiring managers.
• Utilize all sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Manage ATS records, track recruitment activity, and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment.
