Job summary

Airco Mechanical is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, service, and management roles in the Round Rock and San Antonio area.

You will source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards, review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, partnering with department managers to align staffing with priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of MEP trades and construction industry.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, service, and management positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, trade schools, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and resumes to determine candidate qualifications and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Create, post, update, and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
