Responsibilities

• Create and lead recruiting function across trades, admin, and leadership.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process.
• Develop pipelines for recurring field roles and leadership positions.
• Establish job posting templates and interview processes.
• Implement ATS and reporting system for visibility.
• Collaborate with GM on growth budget and hiring plan.
• Advise on recruiting activity and hiring risk.
• Measure success with time-to-hire and quality of hires.
