Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter who connects talent with opportunities, guiding candidates through the full cycle from sourcing to placement. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build diverse talent pools, and leverage ATS tools to manage records and pipelines.

You will engage with local businesses in the Bucks County area, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, host events, and participate in community partnerships to expand our network and drive client delivery.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to have: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet qualifications and requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Hosting job fairs/ recruitment events in the market.
