Job summary

ManpowerGroup is looking for a recruiter who can put people to work, help them advance, and connect skills to clients. The role drives the full-cycle process with an exceptional candidate and client experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You will cultivate relationships with hiring managers, assist with market intelligence, and participate in local events and job fairs to grow the candidate pool and client opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
