Hydrogen UK Ltd is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month W2 contract in the United States. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across mid-level roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and craft sourcing strategies.

This role emphasizes Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS usage, and candidate engagement to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. You’ll also support diversity initiatives and contribute to employer branding while delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience across agency and corporate recruiting preferred.
• Proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top talent through Boolean searches, social media, networking and outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Screen candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions.
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence.
