Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top talent via Boolean search, social media, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Facilitate structured interviews and support hiring decisions.
• Negotiate offers aligned with benchmarks and expectations.
• Contribute to diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Support employer branding through compelling postings and social presence.
