Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly post-offer hires. The role ensures regulatory compliance (I-9, E-Verify, ADA) and accurate hiring documentation, while collaborating with Employment Managers and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

You will source candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers, and coordinate post-offer activities, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Knowledge of Form I-9, E-Verify, ADA and compliance.
• Ability to assess applicants and document compliance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview, hiring and post-offer process.
• Ensure paperwork and requirements are completed.
