Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly post-offer roles across our Delaware facilities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers and ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify and ADA requirements.

You will collaborate with the Employment Manager and hiring managers, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and uphold Mountaire’s culture of service, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 2 years HR experience or educational equivalent.
• Oracle HCM experience preferred.
• HireRight, E-Verify, Form I-9 and ADA training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems.
• Demonstrated problem solving and logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the interview, hiring and post-offer process ensuring paperwork and requirements are completed.
• Ensures compliance with employment regulations and accurate I-9/Audit activities.
• Builds relationships with employees, supervisors and the community to increase applicant flow and referrals.
